What size do I order for my pup?
XS: pup is 5-15lbs
S: pup is 20-65lbs
M: pup is 70-115lbs
L: pup is 115lbs+
If you are still unsure, I recommend sizing up for your pup or you can always message me and I will tell you what size you need!
How do I wash my dog bandana?
For best results, you can hand wash with soap or detergent and warm water. Allow the bandana to air dry. Place a towel over the vinyl personalization or letters and iron to remove wrinkles in the fabric. For tough stains, I recommend using shout!
How long will it take to ship my order?
I try to get my custom products shipped within a week. If it is a holiday, or I get an overwhelming number of orders, I will message you that it may take a little longer. I am the only employee, so please be patient with me. I promise to get you & your pup looking stylish as quick as I can!
